Terms & Conditions

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages about a specific request with the business selected on the gateway, including 203K Kings LLC service requests and Curbside BBQ orders, including intake confirmation, pricing questions, order status, approved checkout links, and receipts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS Terms

Business identification

DolaOS is shared communications infrastructure. The selected business is identified in the form and in its messages. Each business retains its own legal identity; using this gateway does not make separate businesses DBAs of 203K Kings LLC. Consent for one request does not authorize another business to send promotional messages. SMS delivery begins only when the applicable sender is activated.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or use the order conversation in the DolaOS Status tab. Opting out of SMS does not close the order or disable web chat.

Program limits

Request-message consent does not authorize marketing or promotional texts. Messages must pertain to the customer’s order, pricing, delivery, service, payment, or receipt.
